If the names on the Birth Certificate, or Social Security do not match, the District must use the legal name. This would be the Birth Certificate or a copy of a court order changing the name. |

Second semester class do not show
Go to Pinnacle Toolbox / Settings then to Edit list of Semesters. You should see and 1 and 2. If there is no 2, place the cursor after the 1 then press enter the type 2 and save. |

Would we assign an new number?
The students ID# would be either the Social Security Number or the assigned State ID number. If the student does not have a SS# and a State ID has been assigned do not assign another State ID. |

We use the M code to record absences for Doctor appointments. Absences are not showing on report cards; however, students are not showing up on Perfect Attendance list.
In report SAT 1900 there is a section that asks "Include Absence Type M,R,S? (Y/N). This must be set to N or it will count M's as absent. |
